Responsible for strategizing and leading the annual initiatives of the organization.

One of four founding members of Mettamorphosis Leaders, a non-profit organization that provides leadership training, mentorship and resource tools to develop influential leaders for transformation. Country Leader responsible for the management of the Global Leadership Summit in Trinidad and Tobago for the Willow Creek Association (USA).

Due to the demand by corporate clients to brand their physical spaces, a construction company was created to build-out its architectural branding.

SAGA STUDIOS LIMITED — 1994 - 2015

Founded at the age of 24 years old with an investment of TT$5,000.00, Russel started the business along with three other Directors as a graphic design studio, but which quickly gained the confidence of many major corporations and graduated to a full-fledged creative agency after its first five years of operation. Successes include: “Choubles” or “Chinese Doubles” a Street food project to showcase the power of good ideas. The business was closed in 2015 to pursue national and regional projects.

Responsible for digitizing all manual artwork processes while maintaining print quality, and successfully completed the task in one year. Trained other graphic artists to do color separations electronically.
